目的 :建立祛风活络丸中士的宁和马钱子碱的反相高效液相分析法 ,为该药质量控制提供依据。方法 :采用Tech sphese C18ODS色谱柱 (4.6mm× 2 5 0mm ,5 μm) ;乙腈 甲醇 0 .0 5mol·L-1KH2 PO4溶液 三乙胺 (2 5∶19∶5 5∶1,磷酸调pH至3 .5 )为流动相 :流速 1mL·min-1;检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :士的宁在 0 .3~ 3.6 μg(r =0 .9999)、马钱子碱在 0 .2~ 2 .4 μg(r =0 .9996 )范围内呈良好的线性关系 :士的宁回收率为 97.6 % ,RSD =2 .0 % ;马钱子碱回收率为 10 1.0 2 % ,RSD =1.4 %。结论 :本方法准确可靠 ,简便灵敏 ,重现性好 ,可用于祛风活络丸中士的宁和马钱子碱的质量控制。
Objective : To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of strychnine and strychnine in Qufeng Huoluo Pills and provide a basis for quality control of the drug. METHODS: A Tech sphese C18 ODS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used; acetonitrile methanol 0 · 0 5 mol · L - 1KH2 PO4 solution triethylamine (2 5:19: 5 5: 1, phosphoric acid was adjusted to pH The mobile phase of 3.5 is mobile phase: the flow rate is 1 mL·min-1; the detection wavelength is 254 nm. RESULTS: The strychnine showed a good linear relationship between 0.3-3.6 μg (r=0.9999) and strychnine between 0.2-2.4 μg (r=0.9996): Ning recovery rate was 97.6%, RSD =2.0%, brucine recovery was 10 1.0 2%, and RSD was 1.4%. Conclusion : This method is accurate and reliable, simple and sensitive, and has good reproducibility. It can be used for quality control of strychnine and strychnine in Qufeng Huoluo Pills.
