作者总结并比较了甲氰咪呱、痢特灵及抗酸药物治疗十二指肠溃疡的疗效。根据治疗前后胃镜检查的结果表明:甲氰咪胍疗效最佳,痢特灵次之,抗酸药最差。
The authors summarized and compared the efficacy of cimetidine, furazolidone and antacid drugs in the treatment of duodenal ulcer. According to the results of gastroscopy before and after treatment showed that: cimetidine best efficacy, followed by furazolidone, antacid worst.
