基于MC9S08AW32高性能单片机,开发了矿山压力无线数据采集系统;而且系统软件应用了最小二乘法、递推平均滤波算法进一步提高设备精度。该系统具有采集速度快、精度高、抗干扰能力强、高集成度、稳定性好等优点,提高了相似模拟实验水平。系统在龙王沟煤矿6#煤层工作面矿压规律及支架参数相似模拟实验中得到成功应用。
Based on the MC9S08AW32 high-performance single-chip microcomputer, the mine pressure wireless data acquisition system has been developed. Furthermore, the least square method and the recursive average filtering algorithm are applied to the system software to further improve the accuracy of the device. The system has the advantages of fast acquisition speed, high precision, strong anti-interference ability, high integration, good stability and the like, and improves the simulation experiment level. The system has been successfully applied in the similar simulation experiments of the rock mass pressure law and the bracket parameters of 6 # seam in Longwanggou Mine.
