以NaF和NH4HF2作为氟源,采用水热法制备了Er3+、Yb3+共掺杂的PbF2(PbF2:Er3+,Yb3+)上转换发光材料。在1 064 nm激光激发下,得到较亮的绿色发光。利用X射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对样品的物相和形貌进行了分析,并探讨了退火温度和稀土离子Er3+/Yb3+掺杂摩尔比对样品上转换发光特性的影响。结果表明,550℃退火48 h时样品的发光强度最大;当Er3+/Yb3+离子掺杂摩尔比为1:9时,发光效果最好。
Using NaF and NH4HF2 as the fluorine source, Er3 +, Yb3 + co-doped PbF2 (PbF2: Er3 +, Yb3 +) upconversion luminescent materials were prepared by hydrothermal method. Under 1 064 nm laser excitation, a brighter green glow is obtained. The phase and morphology of the samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The effects of annealing temperature and molar ratio of Er3 + / Yb3 + doping on the upconversion luminescence of samples were also discussed. The results show that the luminescence intensity of the sample is the largest when annealed at 550 ℃ for 48 h. When the molar ratio of Er3 + / Yb3 + ions is 1: 9, the luminescence intensity is the best.
