目的:探讨PBL教学方法在七年制医学生消化内科双语教学见习中的应用效果。方法:选择在我院实习的首都医科大学2007级及2008级七年制临床医学系及儿科系学生,分为实验组和对照组,对两组学生采取不同的教学方法,比较教学效果。结果:实验组学生理论及病例书写成绩均优于对照组学生;并在提高学习兴趣、活跃课堂气氛;提高搜集资料、阅读文献能力;提高互相合作及团队精神方面PBL教学法均优于传统方法。结论:PBL式双语教学可以提高教学效果和学生的素质,值得我们不断探索和研究。
Objective: To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in bilingual teaching of seven-year medical students in digestive medicine. Methods: The seven-year clinical medicine department and pediatric department students of Capital Medical University 2007 and 2008 in our hospital were selected and divided into experimental group and control group. Different teaching methods were used to compare the teaching effects. Results: The experimental group students’ theory and case writing performance were better than those of the control group. PBL teaching method was better than the traditional method in improving learning interest and active classroom atmosphere, improving the ability to collect data and read the literature; improving mutual cooperation and team spirit . Conclusion: PBL bilingual teaching can improve teaching effectiveness and quality of students, and it is worth our constant exploration and research.
