在1978年9月于敖德萨召开的全苏第三次氟有机化学会议上提出了161篇报告,其中112篇大会报告。院士就氟有机化学近年来的成就、新的有效合成方法的发展以及应用氟化学的新发展方面作了总结性的报告。的评论性报告《自然界中氟的循环及其矿物原料资源》,探讨了世界氟矿石的贮存量以及开采与需求动向等。报告了1975~1976年中处理《氟》自动情报检索系统流通量的分析结果。应该指出:由于《氟》自动情报检索系统的工作成功,苏联氟有机化学家比起在其它领域工作的化学家更得以保证有效的情报来源。1977年在国际专利文献情报中心开始了试验性的服务。等报告了这一工作的经验。
161 reports were submitted at the Third Fluorine Organic Chemistry Conference in Odessa in September 1978, 112 of which were reported by the General Assembly. Academician made a summary report on the achievements of fluorine organic chemistry in recent years, the development of new effective synthetic methods and the new development of fluorine chemistry. Review report, “Fluorine Recycling and Mineral Resources in Nature,” discusses the world’s storage of fluorinated ores and the trends in demand for their production and demand. The results of analysis of the liquidity of “Fluoride” automated intelligence retrieval systems handled during 1975-1976 are reported. It should be noted that thanks to the success of the “FIS” automated intelligence retrieval system, the Soviet Union’s fluorine-organic chemists have been able to secure an efficient source of intelligence over those working in other fields. 1977 Pilot service started at the International Patent Documentation Information Center.
