刑法案例教学从案例教学内容、案例教学的教学方法、案例教学的考核等方面开展改革,可以提高学生的分析能力,调动学生学习积极性。笔者在开展刑法案例教学改革过程中,采用了比较分析法、对抗辩论法、视频案例教学法、分组讨论法、模拟演示分析法等方法开展案例教学,并将以上案例教学方法在刑法教学中予以推广,取得了良好成效。并对案例教学的考核方式也实行了改革,采取了口试和笔试相结合的方法,对学生刑法掌握情况进行了立体评价,巩固了案例教学改革的成果。
The reform of the criminal law case teaching from the content of case teaching, the teaching method of case teaching and the examination of case teaching can improve students’ analytical ability and motivate students to learn. In carrying out the teaching reform of criminal law cases, the author adopts the methods of comparative analysis, counter-argumentative method, video case teaching method, group discussion method and analogue demonstration analysis method to carry out case teaching and gives the above case teaching methods in criminal law teaching Promotion, achieved good results. In addition, the reform of the assessment methods of case teaching has also been carried out. The method of combining oral examination and written examination has been adopted to evaluate the situation of students’ criminal law and consolidate the achievements of case teaching reform.
