在矿井抽放瓦斯系统中,钻场放水器是不可缺少的装置之一,其作用是把从钻孔中抽出的瓦斯和水分离,将水放掉,只让瓦斯进入管路.目前,在低负压抽放系统中,多采用U型管自动放水器;但在高负压抽放系统中,因负压太高,巷道或管路敷设条件很难满足U型管自动放水器的要求,一般都采用手动放水器.这种放水器除需配备专人放水外,常因放水不及时,水大量涌进管路,使抽放系统的正常工作状态遭到破坏.当钻 孔水量大时,这一问题就显得更为严重.因此,研制高负压抽放瓦斯钻场自动放水器,成了保证抽放系统正常工作急待解决的课题之一.
