通过对比小柴胡汤方证主证和抑郁症核心表现——快感缺失,提出将奖赏通路失调作为小柴胡汤方证本质研究之一,为小柴胡汤方证临床应用和主证的实质研究拓展新的研究思路。
By comparing the main syndrome of Xiao Chai Hu Tang Fang card and the core performance of depression - sense of loss of pleasure, this paper puts forward that reward channel dysfunction is one of the essential research aspects of Xiao Chai Hu Tang Fang Zheng, and expands the new research ideas for the clinical research and main evidence of Xiao Chai Hu Tang Fang Zheng.
