全国西瓜抗病育种协作组第五次年会于1990年11月10日至13日在北京召开。会议由北京市蔬菜研究中心筹办,出席会议的有:江苏省农科院、新疆八一农学院、安徽省农科院、郑州果树所等18个单化,共36位代表。会上,首先由各协作单位汇报了一年来在西、甜瓜品种抗病筛选,抗病育种等方面的研究进展和承担任务的完成情况,共提交大会研究报告17篇。并对工作中存在的问题和今后研究方向及研究方法进行了深入讨论。在此基础上,议定 The fifth annual meeting of the National Watermelon Disease-Resistance Breeding Cooperative Group was held in Beijing from November 10 to November 1990.
