随着教育现代化的推进和课程改革的深入开展,“学讲计划”教学模式在我市开展得如火如荼,我们学校在教研室的推动下,新课改也搞得热烈非常。在理论上,我们每周都要进行业务学习;在实践上,我们经常举行组内公开课的讲评工作,教研室的领导也会组织我们去听课,甚至我们还到先进的学校“取经”(如海头中学),学习先进的教学模式。本文笔者结合自己的教学实践,谈一谈我们的教改情况。一、“学讲计划”课改的现状(一)形式重于内容我们看到,我们的“学讲计划”教学模式还正处在模仿
