针对目前传统光学式粉尘浓度传感器测量精度低、稳定性差和抗干扰能力弱等问题,设计了一种采用激光为发射光源具备自校准功能的激光式粉尘浓度传感器。本传感器采用ARM7 Cortex-M3内核的LPC1759处理器,其具有接口丰富、低功耗和抗干扰的优点,文中详细地介绍了该传感器的软硬件设计。
Aiming at the problems of low accuracy, poor stability and weak anti-jamming ability of the traditional optical dust concentration sensor, a laser dust concentration sensor with self-calibration function using laser as a light source is designed. The sensor adopts LPC1759 processor of ARM7 Cortex-M3 core, which has the advantages of rich interface, low power consumption and anti-interference. The hardware and software design of this sensor is introduced in detail in this paper.
