企业融资活动的日益频繁,企业间借贷作为“民间金融”的主要方式,有着广阔的使用空间。笔者从企业间借贷的现状入手,以民事行为的有效为探究路径对企业间的借贷行为进行分析,以得出该行为的合法性。 Increasingly, corporate financing activities, inter-corporate lending as “private finance ” the main way, has a vast space for use.
