精确配制含水量很低的标准样品并保持其不受环境湿度之沾污,是痕量水色谱分析中一个不易解决的问题。本文提出一个简便易行的直接利用空气湿度作标准的定量方法。 (一)实验设备用天津气象海洋仪器厂DHM_2型通风干湿计测定空气湿度,色谱仪为北京分析仪器厂SP-2304A型,用于抽取空气的注射器系上海注射器二厂生产。为了保证气密性,注射器内壁涂有石腊油,并用环氧树脂将针头和针筒相粘结。实验中所用试剂的纯度均在二级以上。固定相是天津试剂二厂生产的GDX和TDX系列产品。
Accurately formulating low water content standards and keeping them free from environmental humidity is an unmanageable problem in trace water chromatography. This paper presents a simple, straightforward method of quantifying air humidity directly. In order to ensure gas-tightness, the inner wall of the syringe is coated with paraffin oil and the needle is bonded to the syringe with epoxy. The purity of the reagents used in the experiments are above Grade II. Stationary phase is Tianjin Reagent Factory production of GDX and TDX products.
