为了提高大型泵站反向发电效率,江苏省淮沭新河管理处开展了淮阴二站高压变频发电技术研究。研发了高压四象限变频器用于淮阴二站3号机组反向发电的成套技术,取得了《具有发电功能的抽水站水泵系统》实用新型专利和《抽水站水泵发电系统及控制方法》发明专利。
