以乙酰丙酮和香草醛为原料,一步法合成1,7-二(3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯基)-1,6-庚二烯-3,5-二酮。通过反应机理指导。研究了乙酰丙酮硼配合物的转化和增加老化时间与产率的关系。结果表明,在乙酰丙酮充分转化为硼配合物后,增加2天老化时间,产率可达到65%。
Using acetylacetone and vanillin as raw materials, 1,7-bis (3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl) -1,6-heptadiene-3,5-dione was synthesized in one step. Guided by the reaction mechanism. The conversion of acetylacetone boron complexes and the relationship between the aging time and yield were studied. The results showed that after the conversion of acetylacetone into boron complex, the time of 2 days aging was increased and the yield could reach 65%.
