某型牵引车后半轴在使用中发生断裂,通过对失效车轴进行宏观检查、断口分析、金相组织检验、化学成分分析、性能测试和运行状况调查等,对断裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,该轴热处理上存在的不合理之处,导致轴在服役早期出现微裂纹,部分微裂纹在工作应力的作用下疲劳扩展,最终产生疲劳断裂。
The rupture of the rear axle of a certain type of tractor occurred during operation. The causes of the fracture were analyzed by macroscopic inspection, fracture analysis, metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis, performance test and operation investigation of the failed axle. The results show that the axis of the unreasonable existence of heat treatment, resulting in shaft early service microcracks, some of the micro-cracks fatigue fatigue expansion under the action of stress, and eventually fatigue fracture.
