目的 观察渗出型老年性黄斑变性 (age- related macular degeneration,AMD)的光学相干断层扫描 (optical coherence tomography,OCT)图像特征。 方法 对荧光素眼底血管造影 (fundus fluoresceinangiography,FFA)确诊的 16例渗出型 AMD患者的 19只患眼作 OCT检查 ,其中 4例 6只眼并进行吲哚青绿血管造影 (indocyanine green angiography,ICGA)检查。对其彩色眼底像、FFA、ICGA和 OCT图像资料进行比较。 结果 与 FFA、ICGA检查结果比较 ,AMD患眼的 OCT改变主要有 :1浆液性神经上皮脱离和层间水肿 11只眼 ;2视网膜层间出血 2只眼 ;3浆液性色素上皮脱离 5只眼 ;4出血性色素上皮脱离 10只眼 ;5瘢痕性脉络膜新生血管 (choroidal neovascularization,CNV) 4只眼 ;6纤维血管膜性色素上皮脱离和隐匿型 CNV12只眼。 结论 OCT从断面上观察和诊断渗出型 AMD病变 ,对 FFA、ICGA有补充作用。
Objective To observe the features of optical coherence tomography (OCT) in exudative age-related macular degeneration (AMD). Methods Totally 19 eyes of 16 patients with exudative AMD diagnosed by fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) were examined by OCT, including 4 eyes of 6 with indocyanine green angiography (ICGA )an examination. Their color fundus images, FFA, ICGA and OCT images were compared. Results Compared with the results of FFA and ICGA, the changes of OCT in AMD patients were as follows: 1 serous neuroepithelial detachment and interlamellar edema in 11 eyes; 2 retinal interhemorrhage in 2 eyes; 3 serous pigment epithelium detachment from 5 eyes ; 4 hemorrhagic pigment epithelium detachment from 10 eyes; 5 4 eyes of choroidal neovascularization (CNV); 6 eyes of fibrocephalus membranous epithelial detachment and CNV-12 occult. Conclusions OCT can observe and diagnose exudative AMD lesions from the cross-section, which can supplement FFA and ICGA.
