目的:建立止汗擦剂中甲醛的定量方法。方法:采用分光光度法(乙酰丙酮法)定量。结果:测定波长为413 nm;线性范围:0.50~5.0μg·ml~(-1);回归方程:C=0.2133A+0.0199(r=0.9997);平均回收率:99.62%,RSD=0.83%(n=3)。结论:两种定量方法差别显著(P<0.001),分光光度法较容量法灵敏度高,测定结果准确,但也存在着稀释倍数较大,待测样品不够稳定及操作要求较高等问题。
Objective: To establish a method for the quantitative determination of formaldehyde in antiperspirant liniment. Method: Quantitative determination by spectrophotometry (acetylacetone method). Results: The detection wavelength was 413 nm; the linear range was 0.50 ~ 5.0 μg · ml -1; the regression equation was C = 0.2133A + 0.0199 (r = 0.9997); the average recovery was 99.62% and the RSD was 0.83% n = 3). Conclusion: The two quantitative methods are significantly different (P <0.001). The spectrophotometry is more sensitive than the volumetric method, and the determination results are accurate. However, there are some problems such as large dilution ratio, unstable sample and high operation requirements.
