汽车车轮冲压设备是生产过程中的重要设备,其质量和效率直接影响到汽车的质量和生产效率。而车轮的冲压设备一直以来采用人工完成上、下料工作,其生产效率和产品质量低、生产成本高、安全性差,严重制约了汽车车轮冲压生产线向自动化、柔性化方向的发展。通过对汽车车轮大型冲压设备的上下料机构及过程的分析,研发了一种应用于汽车车轮大型冲压设备的自动上下料辅机,并介绍了它的主要机械结构;在分析了辅机各个运动部件的控制要求后,确定了以PLC作为控制核心的系统控制方案,并设计了PLC控制系统;同时介绍了提高整套辅机工作效率所采取的有效措施。
Car wheel stamping equipment is an important equipment in the production process, its quality and efficiency directly affect the quality of the car and production efficiency. The wheel stamping equipment has been used to complete the work on the unloading, the production efficiency and product quality is low, high production costs, poor security, severely restricted the car wheel stamping production line to the automation and flexibility of the direction of development. By analyzing the loading and unloading mechanism and process of the large-scale stamping equipment of automobile wheel, an automatic loading and unloading auxiliary machine for large-scale stamping equipment of automobile wheel was developed and its main mechanical structure was introduced. After the control requirements of the components were determined, the system control scheme with PLC as the control core was determined and the PLC control system was designed. At the same time, some effective measures to improve the working efficiency of the complete auxiliary machine were introduced.
