信息搜索是用户解决问题和制定网络消费决策的基础,对用户搜索偏好的分析为特定领域的用户行为研究提供了新的方法和视角。以国外各领域对用户搜索偏好的研究为背景,对相关研究成果进行梳理,着重介绍用户搜索偏好及其在探索考虑集形成规律、揭示信息搜索行为过程和优化搜索排序机制中的应用,并指出用户搜索偏好的未来研究展望。
Information search is the basis for users to solve problems and make online consumption decisions. The analysis of user search preferences provides a new method and perspective for user behavior research in specific fields. Based on the research of user search preferences in various fields in foreign countries, this paper reviews the related research results and focuses on user search preferences and their application in exploring the formation of considered set, revealing information search behavior and optimizing search ranking mechanism.
