转变发展方式,加快结构调整,是当今加快国企改革发展的主旋律,也是增强国有企业活力的必然选择。如何加快经济发展方式的转变,努力推动科学发展,提升经济增长质量和效益,湖北省宜昌市国有企业在实践中探索,在探索中改进,不但促使全市国有经济连续五年保持高速增长态势,而且得到不少有益的思考。特别是去年,面对金融危机冲击,全市187家国有及国有控股企业资产总额达到626.5亿元,同比增长20.8%,实现销售收入303.7亿元,利润16.98亿元,同比分别增长26.51%和19.19%。今年1～7月主要效益指标继续保持高速增长的好势头。
