What is “taboo”? “Taboo” is caused by some adverse reactions or reduce the therapeutic effect of a diet. For the “taboo”, to be specific analysis, scientific truth, have a practical basis, not people but also not absolute. Deviation from the above principles, it is easy to fall into the mistaken ideas. In ancient times, people often made unscientific taboos by imagination, literary justification, or because of misinformation. For example, “pregnant women eat crabs, make a fool ’s life”, “pregnant women eat rabbits, make the lips crack” and so on, which are apparently absurd In the modern era, the wrong taboos have not disappeared because of the development of science, but they often wear the cloak of “science.” As people (including a considerable part of the doctors) have little knowledge of diet, irresponsible medical advice, or because of misinformation, people like mistakes, under the name of “science” fallacious spread.
