针对曲轴圆角滚压过程中液压浮动卡盘与所夹持曲轴之间打滑失效的问题,依据Hertz接触理论,在大型通用有限元软件ANSYS中建立曲轴夹紧的有限元接触模型,分析卡盘夹持表面轮廓在曲轴圆角滚压过程中对曲轴所受夹紧力的影响。研究结果表明:卡盘夹持表面曲率半径是影响夹紧力的主要因素。对其进行优化之后,夹紧力可以提高两倍以上。
According to the Hertz contact theory, a finite element contact model of crankshaft clamping was established in a large general finite element software ANSYS. The chuck Influence of clamping surface profile on the clamping force of crankshaft during rolling of crankshaft fillet. The results show that the radius of curvature of chuck surface is the main factor that affects the clamping force. After it is optimized, the clamping force can be more than doubled.
