目的 探讨p2 7和cyclinD1蛋白在非霍奇金淋巴瘤中的表达及其意义。方法 利用免疫组织化学技术检测 77例淋巴结非霍奇金淋巴瘤 (NHL)中p2 7和cyclinD1蛋白的表达。结果 在NHL中p2 7和cyclinD1蛋白的阳性率分别为 5 1 9% ( 4 0 /77)和5 8 4% ( 4 5 /77) ;低度恶性组的p2 7蛋白阳性表达强度明显高于高度恶性组 (P <0 0 1) ,而cyclinD1蛋白的阳性表达强度则明显低于高度恶性组 ( P <0 0 1) ,但与免疫学分型均无关 ;NHL中p2 7和cyclinD1蛋白的阳性表达强度之间呈明显负相关 (r =-0 742 1)。结论 提示由于p2 7表达水平的下降 ,使其不能有效抑制cyclinD1蛋白的活性 ,从而使淋巴细胞高度增殖并发生恶性转化
Objective To investigate the expression of p27 and cyclinD1 in non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and its significance. Methods The expression of p27 and cyclinD1 in 77 lymph node non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results The positive rates of p27 and cyclinD1 in NHL were 51.9% (40/4) and 58.4% (45/77), respectively. The positive rates of p27 in low grade group were significantly higher than those in low grade group (P <0.01), while the positive expression of cyclinD1 protein was significantly lower than that in the highly malignant group (P <0.01), but not with immunological typing. The positive rates of p27 and cyclinD1 in NHL There was a significant negative correlation between expression intensity (r = -0 742 1). The results suggest that due to the decline of p2 7 expression, it can not effectively inhibit the activity of cyclinD1 protein, thus leading to a high degree of lymphocyte proliferation and malignant transformation
