利用基于DEA模型的Malmquist-Luenberger指数测度了资源环境约束下的长江经济带108个城市2003-2013年的绿色全要素生产率。结果表明:长江经济带城市绿色全要素生产率以年均13.55%的速度增长,城市经济处于良性扩展阶段;增长主要来源于技术进步与规模效率的提升,但是这种贡献在2011年以后正逐步降低;绿色纯技术效率总体上处于下降态势;大部分城市都存在资源配置效率不高的现象;绿色全要素生产率存在“中部塌陷”。
Using the Malmquist-Luenberger index based on the DEA model, the green total factor productivity of 108 cities in the Yangtze River economic belt under the resource environment was measured in 2003-2013. The results show that the urban green total factor productivity in the Yangtze River economic belt increases at an average annual rate of 13.55%, and the urban economy is in a benign expansion stage. The growth mainly comes from the improvement of technological progress and scale efficiency, but the contribution is gradually decreasing after 2011 ; The overall technical efficiency of green technology is in a declining trend; most cities have the problem of inefficient allocation of resources; and there is a “collapse of the central China” in total factor productivity of green.
