【目的】 探讨茶多酚对石英致大鼠肺巨噬细胞DNA损伤的保护作用。【方法】 将肺巨噬细胞分成生理盐水、石英、茶多酚及茶多酚 +石英组。用单细胞凝胶电泳技术检测肺巨噬细胞彗星率出现和彗星尾长度。【结果】 低、中、高 3种剂量的茶多酚 +石英组的彗星出现率分别为 6 6 %、6 8%、6 7% ,极显著低于石英组的 78%(P <0 0 1) ;3种剂量的茶多酚加石英组彗星的尾长分别为 12 6± 2 2、13 6± 1 17、12 9± 2 6 μm ,与石英组 (18 7± 2 7) μm比较 ,极显著短于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。【结论】 茶多酚对石英致大鼠肺巨噬细胞DNA损伤有一定保护作用。
【Objective】 To investigate the protective effect of tea polyphenols on DNA damage induced by quartz in rat lung macrophages. [Methods] The pulmonary macrophages were divided into normal saline, quartz, tea polyphenols and tea polyphenols + quartz. Single cell gel electrophoresis was used to detect the comet rate and the tail length of the lung macrophages. 【Result】 The results showed that the comet rates of comet of tea polyphenol + quartz with low, medium and high doses were 6 6%, 68% and 67%, respectively, which were significantly lower than those of quartz group (P <0 0 1). The tail lengths of three kinds of tea polyphenols and quartz comets were 12 6 ± 2 2,13 6 ± 1 17,12 9 ± 2 6 μm, respectively, compared with quartz group (18 7 ± 2 7) μm , Significantly shorter than the control group (P <0.01). 【Conclusion】 Tea polyphenols can protect DNA damage induced by quartz in rat lung macrophages.
