应用高频超声在新鲜肢体超声解剖研究的基础上对外周神经、肌腱及肌肉的常见损伤进行了回顾分析,结果说明:(1)高频超声能清晰显示外周神经和肌腱的微细结构,使应用超声观察外周神经、肌腱及肌肉成为可能;(2)外周神经、肌腱、肌肉损伤时,超声有特异性表现,为临床提供了新的影像诊断方法.对外周神经、肌腱断裂手术定位及是否行外周神经、肌腱移植有重要意义;(3)对肢体恶性肿瘤患者,观察肿物与外周神经及血管的关系,对手术方案有重要指导价值
The common injuries of peripheral nerve, tendon and muscle were analyzed retrospectively on the basis of ultrasonic anatomy of fresh limbs by using high frequency ultrasound. The results showed that: (1) high frequency ultrasound can clearly show the fine structure of peripheral nerve and tendon so that the application It is possible to observe the peripheral nerves, tendons and muscles by ultrasound. (2) When the peripheral nerves, tendons and muscles are damaged, the ultrasound has specific performance and provides a new diagnostic imaging method for the clinic. (3) For patients with extremity malignant tumors, the observation of the relationship between the tumor and the peripheral nerves and blood vessels has an important guiding value for the surgical plan
