去年,根据《国务院关于进一步加强药品管理工作的紧急通知》(以下简称《紧急通知》),我省下发了《四川省人民政府关于贯彻国务院进一步加强药品管理工作紧急通知的通知》(川府发[1994]166号),对我省药品生产经营秩序和中药材专业市场进行了全面而有重点地清理整顿,使我省医药市场秩序有所好转。但是,必须清醒地看到,在我省一些地方仍不同程度的存在着领导认识不统一,贯彻执行《紧急通知》态度不坚决、措施不得力,“无证”或“三证”不全经营药品的现象,中药材专业市场内非法设立销售中西药品摊点的问题仍然存
