基于航空制造企业零件“多品种、小批量”的生产现状,并面向企业未来新型/智能制造生产方式转化需求,针对零件成组制造知识系统的构建进行了研究。提出了零件成组制造知识系统的开发框架,研究了系统构建初期的零件分类、零件特征定义、零件特征编码、特征逻辑关系建立、基础工艺标准化以及系统应用逻辑和运行架构等方面内容。零件成组制造知识系统的开发不仅能够奠定未来生产方式转化所需的标准化的基础工艺数据和知识,还能提升型号产品工艺设计的效率。
Based on the production status of parts of aeronautic manufacturing enterprise “variety and small batch ”, the research on the construction of component manufacturing knowledge system was carried out based on the demand of new / smart manufacturing mode in the future. The development framework of component group manufacturing knowledge system was put forward. Parts classification, part feature definition, part feature coding, feature logic relationship establishment, basic process standardization, system application logic and operation architecture were studied in the initial stage of system construction. The development of component group manufacturing knowledge systems not only enables the standardization of basic process data and knowledge necessary for the conversion of future production modes, but also enhances the process design efficiency of model products.
