为进一步提高校园足球教练员的教学水平,2017年7月11-17日,由中国大学生体育协会、中国中学生体育协会、英格兰足球超级联赛共同举办的“学转英超”校园足球教练员培训班在深圳市翠园中学举行。培训过程中,笔者感受最深的是讲师西沃恩·霍杰茨(Siobhan Hodgetts)的一堂理论课,课堂上,她提倡要了解球员的需求,从而给球员提供一个积极的学习环境,因此归纳为“VAK法
