分别采用激光拉曼光谱法(Raman)、广角X-射线衍射法(WAXD)研究并比较了聚丙烯腈基碳纤维在高温处理过程中,石墨结构形成时微晶的生长,尤其是在宽度方向上的增长规律。结果表明,在所选取的高温处理温度范围内,随着处理温度的不断提高,在石墨层面间距不断减小的同时,微晶在宽度方向上的增长基本上呈线性。拉曼光谱和X-射线衍射两种分析手段均能有效表征石墨微晶及片层结构,但由于基本空间模型的不同,两者所反映的基本结构信息有一定差别。
The Raman and WAXD methods were used to investigate the growth of polycrystalline graphite during the high temperature treatment of PAN fibers and the growth of the crystallites during the formation of graphite structure, especially in the width direction The law of growth. The results show that the crystallite growth in the width direction is almost linear with the decrease of the spacing of the graphite layers with the increase of the treatment temperature at the selected high temperature range. Both Raman spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis can effectively characterize the microcrystalline and lamellar structure of graphite. However, due to the difference of basic spatial model, the basic structural information reflected by both is different.
