研究了真空感应+电渣重熔、电炉+LF+VD两种特殊钢冶炼工艺对H13钢组织和力学性能的影响,结果表明:真空感应+电渣重熔冶炼对提高H13钢洁净度,降低H13钢中S、P含量,降低合金元素偏析有一定作用,在一定程度上提高了H13钢心部横向冲击韧性,但由于组织中大量一次碳化物的存在,制约着H13钢横向冲击韧性的提升。
The effects of vacuum induction, electroslag remelting and EAF + LF + VD on the microstructure and mechanical properties of H13 steel were studied.
