选用降压效果确实、作用缓和而副作用小的药物,对确诊高血压患者进行分级治疗,称为阶梯疗法。本疗法要求患者达到的目标血压是舒张压在90mmHg或以下。新疆钢铁公司高血压病人群防治的经验表明,这种简便易行、效好价廉、适于推广的阶梯疗法,在保障健康、降低心血管合并症及病死率方面具有重大的意义。
Selection of antihypertensive effect is indeed, the role of moderate and side effects of small drugs, the classification of patients with diagnosed hypertension treatment, known as the ladder therapy. The target patient’s required blood pressure for this therapy is a diastolic blood pressure of 90 mmHg or less. The experience of prevention and treatment of hypertensive patients in Xinjiang Iron and Steel Corporation shows that this simple and effective, inexpensive and suitable for promotion of the ladder therapy, in ensuring health and reduce cardiovascular complications and mortality is of great significance.
