以6个我国原产梨品种为试材,测定叶片的叶绿素含量、光合作用参数及叶绿素荧光参数,并进行差异显著性和相关性分析。结果表明:不同梨品种间叶绿素含量、净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、瞬时水分利用效率(WUE)、PSII的最大光化学效率(Fv/Fm)、光化学猝灭系数(q P)、PSII实际光化学量子效率(ΦPSII)存在一定差异,其中‘伏梨’‘白皮鸡蛋’‘酸梨’叶绿素荧光参数明显高于其他3个品种,光合性能优于其他品种。相关性分析结果表明,叶绿素a与叶绿素b含量呈显著正相关,叶绿素a、b与总叶绿素含量呈显著或极显著正相关,叶绿素含量、叶绿素荧光参数与Pn、WUE相关性基本不显著,说明叶绿素含量不是影响光合作用效率的主要限制因素;Pn与WUE呈显著正相关,说明Pn是鉴评梨品种水分利用大小的一个光合指标;Fv/Fm与NPQ、q P、ΦPSII,q P与ΦPSII均呈显著正相关,说明叶绿素荧光参数在决定叶片特性方面具有很好的一致性。
Six native pear cultivars in China were used as materials to determine the chlorophyll content, photosynthesis parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves, and the differences were significant and correlated. The results showed that the chlorophyll content, Pn, Ci, WUE, Fv / Fm and q (PPS), PSII actual photochemical quantum efficiency (ΦPSII) were different. Among them, the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of ’pear’ ’white pear’ and ’pear’ were significantly higher than those of the other three cultivars and their photosynthetic properties were superior to those of other cultivars. Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content, chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll content were significantly or very significantly positive correlation, chlorophyll content, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters and Pn, WUE correlation was not significant, indicating Chlorophyll content was not the main limiting factor affecting the photosynthesis efficiency; Pn and WUE were positively correlated, indicating that Pn is a photosynthetic indicator of water use of pear varieties; Fv / Fm and NPQ, q P, Φ PSII, q P and Φ PSII Showed a significant positive correlation, indicating that the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in determining leaf characteristics with good consistency.
