从今年起,《中国食品学报》(以下简称《学报》)被美国《化学文摘》(CA)收录。《学报》是中国食品科学技术学会主办的国家级学术刊物,在各方的有力支持下快速成长,并已在国内外食品界形成重要影响。经北京市新闻出版局批准,自2006年起已由季刊改为双月刊,页码由104页增至144页。
Starting from this year, “Chinese Journal of Food Science” (hereinafter referred to as “Journal”) by the United States, “Chemical Abstracts” (CA) included. The Journal is a state-level academic journal sponsored by the Chinese Society of Food Science and Technology and has grown rapidly with the strong support of all parties and has had an important impact on the food industry at home and abroad. Approved by the Beijing Municipal Press and Publication Bureau, it has been changed from a quarterly magazine to a bi-monthly since 2006 with the page number increased from 104 pages to 144 pages.
