中间包水口堵塞问题严重影响连铸正常操作,造成铸坯卷渣、铸坯质量恶化,解决好中间包水口堵塞问题对于稳定连铸生产、提高铸坯质量具有重要意义。结合前人研究成果,总结了不同钢种、脱氧与精炼工艺条件下连铸中间包水口堵塞的机理,评述了钢液中夹杂物的生成、夹杂物向水口内壁面传递、粘附与沉积等因素对水口堵塞的影响机制,分析了各种防止水口堵塞控制技术的特点,提出了改善水口堵塞技术和理论研究方向。
