在方家山核电工程1号机组数字化控制系统(DCS)相关设备供货进度延误情况下,仪控调试采取了一系列对策以确保工程各节点的进度。仪控调试对策包括:确认DCS最小系统、软硬件分开供货、使用试行(PRE)版本进行核辅助系统开盖功能试验、采取临时方案进行水压试验、利用国内技术力量在调试现场实施设计变更等。对所采取的对策进行了风险分析、可行性研究和方案制定。工程实践表明,所采取的仪控调试对策是行之有效的,确保了工程各节点的进度。 In Fangjia Shan Nuclear Power Project Unit 1 digital control system (DCS) related equipment delivery delays, instrument control commissioning has taken a series of measures to ensure the progress of each node of the project.
