患者,女,37岁。于1985年9月29日凌晨服农药敌稗200ml。半小时后腹痛,呼吸急迫,全身青紫,很快意识丧失。当时血压13.3/8.3kPa(100/60mmHg)。经当地静注美蓝,10h后意识恢复。当晚呕咖啡样液体,排黑褐色糊状便。于次日10时送入我院。既往有“慢性肾炎”史。查体:体温38℃。血压8.00/6.67kPa(60/50mmHg),皮肤青紫色。躁动谵语。四肢厥冷。心率140/min,心律齐,无杂音,双肺满布湿啰音。
