目的:探讨微孔滤膜处理方法对大输液中内毒素限量的影响。方法:分别对不同浸泡时间处理的微孔滤膜的过滤药液,在不同时段取样进行内毒素限量检查。结果:浸泡时间为0,4,7 h处理的微孔滤膜的过滤液内毒素检查结果均为阴性;浸泡时间为20,96 h处理的微孔滤膜过滤的初滤液内毒素检查均为阳性,经过一段时间后的续滤液内毒素检查结果均为阴性。结论:微孔滤膜能可逆性的吸附水中细菌产生的内毒素,并且,用常规的漂洗方法不易洗脱。可影响大输液质量的均一性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of microporous membrane treatment on the limit of endotoxin in transfusion. Methods: The filtered solution of microporous membrane with different immersion time were sampled and sampled for endotoxin test at different time. Results: The endotoxin test results of the filtrate of the microporous membrane treated with 0, 4 and 7 h immersion time were all negative. The endotoxin test of the initial filtrate filtered by the microporous membrane filter with the immersion time of 20 and 96 h were Positive, after a period of continued filtrate endotoxin test results were negative. CONCLUSION: Microporous filters adsorb endotoxins produced by bacteria in water reversibly and are not easily eluted by conventional rinsing methods. Can affect the uniformity of large infusion quality.
