用自制的含碳量较高的电极用脉冲放电强化 W9Mo3Cr4V钢表面 ,克服了用 YG8电极强化时 WC发生分解使碳量损失的缺点 ,使脉冲放电表面强化层硬度提高。
The self-made electrode with higher carbon content is used to strengthen the surface of W9Mo3Cr4V steel with pulse discharge, which overcomes the shortcomings of the carbon loss caused by the decomposition of WC when the YG8 electrode is strengthened and the hardness of the surface layer of the pulse discharge enhanced.
