第二次世界大战后,日本国防工业从一片废墟中起步,发展到位居世界前列,共经历了四个阶段,体现出先民后军、寓军于民,以及以民掩军三种发展模式,最终实现了军民一体化。日本国防工业发展呈现出三个基本特征:在“和平宪法”框架内受到种种限制;注重建立强大的民用工业基础;采取适应军民一体化的政策、企业结构和管理体制。
After the Second World War, Japan’s defense industry started from a ruin and developed into the forefront of the world. It has gone through four stages in total, embodying the three developments of the Ancien Army, the Army and the People, Model, eventually achieving the integration of civilians and civilians. Japan’s national defense industry presents three basic characteristics: restrictions within the framework of the “Peace Constitution”; focusing on building a strong foundation for civilian industry; and adopting policies, enterprise structures and management systems that are adapted to military and civilian integration.
