所有人都希望长寿、健康、远离癌症、心脏病、高血压、糖尿病、中风、骨质疏松症等长期困扰人们的慢性疾病。可是绝大多数人还是不顾后果地食用不健康的食物,并且放任自己想吃就吃,不计数量。健康的营养来自天然而没有副作用的草本植物,食用的时候必须种类要多,并且要吃完整的食物而非单一提炼的营养。只有富含植物营养素、抗氧化剂、多醣体的植物才是真正对人体有用的营养。我们日常所摄入的食物会影响我们的容貌、感觉和行为。从更深的角度来看,食物是免疫系统的能源。当我们食用本草植物时,这是一个富有营养的能源。当我们摄入过多的动物性食物或其他高脂肪的食物时,实际上就会使我们的免疫系统因缺乏适当营养而失去与疾病对抗的能力。
Everyone wants longevity, health, and stay away from chronic diseases that plague people, such as cancer, heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, stroke and osteoporosis. However, most people still regardless of the consequences of eating unhealthy food, and let yourself eat eat, regardless of quantity. Healthy nutrition comes from natural herbs that have no side effects. They must be consumed in a variety of ways, and eat the whole food rather than a single extracted nutrient. Only plants rich in phytonutrients, antioxidants, polysaccharides are truly useful to the human body. The food we consume on a daily basis affects how we look, feel and behave. From a deeper perspective, food is the energy of the immune system. This is a nourishing energy source when we consume herbal plants. When we consume too much animal food or other high-fat foods, we actually lose our immune system’s ability to fight disease by lack of proper nutrition.
