在辅助生殖技术(ART)中卵子冷冻具有重要作用,经历了几十年的发展后取得了较大的进步。冷冻方法上新兴的玻璃化冷冻逐步取代传统的程序化慢速冷冻。冷冻保护剂联合应用及辅助类物质的添加在减少细胞毒性的同时提高了冷冻效果。冷冻载体中目前比较推崇CryoTop。虽然冷冻未成熟卵比成熟卵具有理论优势,但由于受体外成熟培养(IVM)技术等的制约,使得冷冻结果不尽人意,成熟卵的冷冻仍是目前主流。随着新的冷冻方法的不断尝试将推动卵子标准冷冻方案的建立。
