如果问企业里一位管理人员,比如车间主任:你的职责是什么?他可以回答,按照生产计划完成生产任务。那么,应该给他的答案打多少分呢?我想,最多打20分。为什么?因为作为产品形成部门的领导,他缺乏质量意识。他代表了目前大部分企业中大部分管理者一提及质量就认为是质量管理部门的事这样一种糊涂观念。这种观念贻害非浅。近几年,我国质量管理工作不断深化,TQC办公室已在许多国营企业挂牌办公。
If you ask a manager in the company, such as the workshop director: What is your responsibility? He can answer and complete the production task according to the production plan. So, how many points should be given to his answer? I think, up to 20 points. Why? As a leader in the product formation department, he lacks quality awareness. He represented a confused notion that most managers in most companies now refer to quality as the quality management department. This concept is very harmful.
