高职青年教师能否把信息技术有效运用于教学中是高职教育信息化的关键。通过文献综述研究当前高职青年教学信息化教学能力发展现状,构建了高职青年教师信息化教学能力指标,并以江宁大学城4所高职院校青年教师为研究对象,借助微信平台进行问卷发放。统计结果显示当前青年教师有着较强的信息化教学意识;信息化教学理论的水平整体偏低;信息化教学设计能力、教学资源应用实施能力有待提升;绝大多数青年教师不能够熟练使用信息技术手段对教学活动进行评价和反思。
Whether the higher vocational young teachers can effectively use information technology in teaching is the key to higher vocational education informatization.
