智能电网低碳效益的关键指标选取,是智能电网低碳效益评价的前提。分析了智能电网低碳效益关键指标选取的特点;提出了从定性评价和定量评价两个角度选取关键指标,阐述了指标选取原则和流程;从发电侧、电网侧和用电侧各环节初步选取了影响智能电网低碳效益的定性和定量关键指标,并构建了结构熵—因子分析优化模型;运用该模型对初选的关键指标进行了优化,并对优化结果进行信度和效度检验。结果表明,优化后的指标具有更好的信度和效度,比初选结果更加合理。据此确立了智能电网低碳效益的关键指标体系,为智能电网低碳效益评价研究提供了框架范畴。
The selection of the key indicators for the low-carbon efficiency of smart grid is the prerequisite for the evaluation of low-carbon efficiency of the smart grid. Analyzes the characteristics of selecting key indicators of low-carbon efficiency of smart grid; puts forward the selection of key indicators from two aspects of qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, and expounds the principle and process of selecting indicators; from the power generation side, power grid side and electricity supply side, The qualitative and quantitative key indicators that affect the low carbon efficiency of smart grid are constructed, and the structural entropy-factor analysis optimization model is constructed. The key indicators of the primaries are optimized by this model, and the reliability and validity of the optimization results are tested. The results show that the optimized index has better reliability and validity, which is more reasonable than the primary result. Accordingly, the key indicator system of low-carbon efficiency of smart grid was established, which provided the framework for the research of low-carbon benefit evaluation of smart grid.
