学生管理是学校管理的核心工作,学生管理工作质量好坏、水平高低都将会对学校的教学、学校的运行产生直接的影响。新时期,随着学校教育理念的转变,以管理促高效已经成为新趋势,要想提升学校的教学质量和办学水平,必须要重新审视学生管理工作。思想政治教育具有协调、育人和激励等多种功能,将其应用到学生管理工作中,能够让学生积极的配合学校的日常管理工作,可以提高管理工作的成效,确保学生的健康发展。本文主要分析了强化思想政治工作对学生管理工作的重要意义,并提出了在学生管理中强化思想政治教育的具体路径。
Student management is the core of school management, student management quality is good or bad, the level will have a direct impact on the teaching of the school, the operation of the school. In the new era, with the change of the concept of school education, promoting the efficiency by management has become a new trend. If we want to improve the teaching quality and the level of running a school, we must reexamine the work of student management. Ideological and political education has many functions such as coordination, education and motivation, which can be applied to the management of students. It can make students actively cooperate with the daily management of the school, improve the effectiveness of management and ensure the healthy development of students. This article mainly analyzes the importance of strengthening ideological and political work on student management and puts forward the concrete path of strengthening the ideological and political education in student management.
