根据机床负荷和转速变化的特殊规律,在疲劳强度理论基础上,提出了机床滚动轴承平均当量动负荷和寿命的计算公式。文中引入和推导出了功率利用系数和四种情况下转速变化系数的计算公式,并以实例说明在轴承寿命计算中合理运用这些公式的具体方法。附图4幅,表1个,参考文献7篇。
According to the special laws of machine load and speed variation, based on fatigue strength theory, the calculation formula of average equivalent dynamic load and life span of rolling mill bearing is put forward. The paper introduces and deduces the power utilization coefficient and four kinds of speed coefficient of variation under four cases, and an example is given to illustrate the specific method of rational use of these formulas in bearing life calculation.
