通过喷淋试验,研究不同pH模拟酸雨对台湾桤木叶片K+,Ca2+,Mg2+渗出量的影响。结果表明:经过一定时间的酸雨胁迫,台湾桤木苗木叶片K+,Ca2+,Mg2+渗出量随着pH值的减少而增加,呈现负相关效应。处理I-V的叶片K+渗出量分别比对照(CK)升高34%,25.5%,17.4%,16.7%,11.4%;处理I-V的叶片Ca2+渗出量分别比对照(CK)升高36%,25%,18%,5%,3%;处理I-V的叶片Mg2+渗出量分别比对照(CK)升高58.3%,41.6%,37.5%,29.2%,22.1%。并且随着酸雨胁迫时间的延续,叶片K+渗出量和Mg2+渗出量的变化趋势均大致为先升高后下降,而Ca2+渗出量则不断降低。
Through spray test, the effect of different pH simulated acid rain on the exudation of K +, Ca2 + and Mg2 + in alder leaves of Taiwan was studied. The results showed that after a certain period of acid rain stress, K +, Ca2 + and Mg2 + exudation in the leaves of Taiwan alder seedlings increased with the decrease of pH, showing a negative correlation effect. The K + exudation in leaves of treatment IV was increased by 34%, 25.5%, 17.4%, 16.7% and 11.4%, respectively, compared with that of control (CK) 25%, 18%, 5% and 3% respectively. Mg2 + exudation in leaves of treatment IV increased by 58.3%, 41.6%, 37.5%, 29.2% and 22.1%, respectively. And with the continuous extension of acid rain stress, the change trend of K + exudation and Mg2 + exudation in leaves were increased first and then decreased, while Ca2 + exudation decreased continuously.
